Returns & Refunds
If something isn't right, email layodeez@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: send your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
- Changed your mind: contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued once we receive the item.
- Not returnable: items that have been installed, applied or used (such as vinyl wrap, decals, adhesive film or opened detailing products), unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Refund timing: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
