How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping on all US orders, delivered in about 7–15 business days after 1–3 days processing, with tracking. See Shipping Info.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order gets a tracking number by email when it ships. It can take 2–3 days for tracking to update.
Where do orders ship from?
GarageBuilt is based in Honea Path, SC. Orders ship from our partner warehouses, which is how we keep prices down.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns the item must be unused and in original packaging, and you pay return shipping. See Returns.
What if my order never arrives?
If it hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, email us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Will this fit my car?
Check the Fitment section in the product description. If you're unsure, email us with your year, make and model before you order.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see your full card details.
